About

With over 7 years of psychotherapy experience post my Masters in Psychological Counselling, I offer personalised sessions focusing on your emotions, values, and beliefs. Emphasizing client-centered care and inclusivity, I prioritize your autonomy and authenticity. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, I ensure a comfortable, affirming environment for all clients. I work with adults (18 and above) and my area of expertise are - depression, anxiety, adhd, phobia; interpersonal issues - relationship, breakup counseling, loss, grief; behavioral topics - procrastination, anger management, digital distractions, sleep issues, trauma management, and life + existential spaces of - feelings of loneliness, overthinking, self esteem, feelings of disconnectedness, irritability, and the like.
